Ingredients:
MASSA
- 1/2 cup (tea) oil (100ml)
- 1/2 cup (tea) milk (100 ml)
- 3 egg units (180g)
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar UNIÃO (195g)
- 2 cups (tea) wheat flour (220g)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (10g)
- 2 tablespoons (soup) ground cinnamon powder (12g)
ROOF
- 1 cup (tea) milk (200ml)
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder (40g)
- 1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar UNIÃO (65g)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (20g)
Preparation mode:
MASSA
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a medium loaf pan (24 x 11 cm) and set aside. In the blender add the oil, milk, eggs and brown sugar and beat well. In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, the blender mixture and mix well until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Place the dough in the reserved form and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes or until lightly golden. Reserve. Serve the cake with the cocoa syrup.
ROOF
In a saucepan, add the milk, cocoa, brown sugar and butter and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Expect to cool down and book.
