Ingredients
- 2 cans of NESTLE Light Milk Cream
- half a cup of demerara sugar
- 8 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder NESTLE DOIS FRADES
Massa
- 3 eggs
- half a cup of oil
- half a cup (tea) of Cocoa Powder NESTLE DOIS FRADES
- half a cup of almond flour
- 1 and a half cup (tea) demerara sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- red fruits to decorate
PREPARATION MODE
In a pan, mix all the ingredients and lead to the low fire, always stirring, for 7 minutes. Let it cool and reserve in fridge.
Massa
In a container, mix all the ingredients and stir well until you get a homogeneous mass. Add 1 cup (tea) of hot water and mix quickly. In 2 baking sheets (20 cm in diameter), greased with oil and sprinkled with cocoa powder, divide the dough and place in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for about 30 minutes or until golden. Get it out of the oven, let it cool down and unmold it. With a long serrated knife cut each of the cakes in half, horizontally, obtaining 2 slices (discs) in each of the cakes. Reserve
Assembly
On a serving plate, place one of the cake slices, and spread some of the ganache. Cover with another slice, and spread some more of the ganache. Repeat the process for all layers, leaving a little ganache for decoration. Finish with the red fruits.
