The governor of São Paulo, João Doria (PSDB), signed a decree on Monday (3) which determines that all public servants in the state must present proof of complete vaccination against Covid-19. The measure was published in this Tuesday (4) edition of the State Official Gazette.
The decree must be complied with by next Sunday (9) and covers approximately 570 thousand professionals in direct and indirect administration bodies in São Paulo. Proof will not be required if the server presents a medical certificate with any contraindication in relation to the vaccine.

The documents must be sent to Organs sectorial bodies by electronic means, and whoever fails to comply with the established deadline will be subject to the determination of any disciplinary responsibility in internal administrative proceedings.
