INGREDIENTS:
Cashew nut paste:
- 600 g of cashew nuts
Fudge
- 240 g of Melken Semisweet Zero Sugar Chocolate
- 220 g of homemade cashew nut paste
- 80 g of roasted cashew nuts in pieces
- 30 g of xylitol
PREPARATION MODE:

In a baking dish, place the cashew nuts and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
Then, in a food processor beat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture (the process takes time depending on the type of device). Store in an airtight container for up to a month at room temperature.
Fudge de chocolate
In a medium glass bowl, add the semisweet chocolate and microwave on medium power for 1 minute or until it melts completely.
Add the homemade cashew nut paste, chopped cashew nuts, xylitol and mix.
Line a 20 x 20 mold with plastic wrap and place the fudge and smooth it out with a spatula. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
