Pasta is a tasty, quick and very easy option to prepare, either with tomato sauce or with other ingredients that you certainly already have at home.
Follow this recipe and enjoy the dish and the compliments of your family or guests:
Ingredients
- 500g Barilla Whole Wheat Fusilli
- 1 kg of fresh spinach
- 100g of butter
- 120g breadcrumbs
- 100g grated parmesan
- 250ml chicken broth
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Wash the spinach and cook quickly in a pan with a lid. Drain well and chop the spinach. Fry the spinach in 20g of butter. Add the chicken broth. Cook over high heat to reduce the liquid and season with half the grated Parmesan cheese.
Cook the Barilla pasta in salted water and remove it 5 minutes before the time indicated on the package. Grease the dough with butter. In a greased refractory, alternate the layers of pasta and green sauce.
Finish with the breadcrumbs and the rest of the cheese. Bake at 220ºC for 10 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
