Preparation mode:
Sauce
– Place the chopped tomatoes on a baking sheet, then season them with the oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, onion, salt and pepper. Let it bake for 20 minutes.
– Remove the tomatoes from the oven, place them in a container and, with the help of a mixer, beat until the texture is ideal for the sauce.

– In another container, place the ground duckling, bacon and pepper. Mix.
– After everything is well incorporated, make small balls and place them in a frying pan with a little hot oil. Reserve.
Massa
– In a large pot, boil 5 liters of water with salt and cook the pasta. To do this, add the pasta and stir from time to time until the water boils again. Let it cook according to the time indicated on the package or until it is “al dente”, that is, soft, but resistant to the bite.
– Add the pasta to the tomato sauce and the meatballs. Serve immediately.
