Ingredients:
WHITE SAUCE
500 g cooked lasagna pasta
700 ml whole milk
1/2 cup white wine (tea)
40 g wheat flour
1 box of Mococa milk cream
40 g of mococa butter
salt to taste
300 g de cream cheese
FILLING
300 g tenderloin cut into strips
400 g of mozzarella
2 zucchinis cut into rounds
600 g skinless and seedless tomatoes
oregano to taste
50 g grated Mococa cheese
Preparation mode:
WHITE SAUCE
Let the butter and flour brown in a pan, and add the milk (stirring).
Put the wine, cream, salt and cream cheese, stir everything until the sauce is homogeneous.
FILLING
In a pyrex, intersperse the ingredients in layers: Place the sauce, the zucchini, the tomato, the oregano, the tenderloin, the mozzarella, the sauce and the pasta, finishing with the sauce and parmesan.
Take to preheated oven for 25 minutes, with a temperature of 180°C.
