Ingredients:
- 1 kg boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chicken broth cube
- 1 large carrot
- 500 g of mayonnaise
- 200 g whey-free cream
- 200g pitted white raisins
- 100 g of black olives
- 1 can of peas
- 1 can of green corn
- ½ red pepper
- ½ green pepper
- 2 apples
- 3 tablespoons 100% Kitano Salsa
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- Kitano pepper to taste
- 1 pack of Traditional Straw Potatoes 105 g
Preparation mode:
Brown the chicken in the oil and add boiling water until it is completely covered. Add the broth and cook for approximately 30 minutes, taking care that the water does not dry out. Defund and book. Cut the peppers into thin strips. Reserve. Grate the peeled carrot and set aside. Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Mix all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Keep in the fridge until serving time. When serving, place the desired portion on the plate and accompany with the straw potato.
