The Chamber of Shopkeepers of Igrejinha and Três Coroas already knows its new presidency and directors. In a recent meeting for the Election of the CDL Board of Directors and Audit Committee and Alternates, businesswoman Natália Debarba was chosen as the new president and will lead the entity in the Triennium 2023/2025. The inauguration ceremony takes place in January 2023.
Natália considers it a huge responsibility to assume the entity that stands out for its seriousness, transparency and ethics, always seeking to comply with its statute. “I am proud to participate in the entity, I feel part of it. I feel responsible for representing more than 700 associates who deserve to be supported by an entity like ours”, she says. She registers that the objective is to walk together with the associate, for whom each promotion, course, each meeting agenda is thought.
“The associate is the one at stake. We want to continue the beautiful work left so far and improve more and more. Our goal is to benefit members, we will show them even more the importance of the entity and associativism, because together and united, we can go far”, declares Natália.
She has been a CDL member since 2003, when she started Loja Arrepius, which she was already a member of, and has been on the board since 2013, when she was invited by then-president Libório Werlang. Since then, she has always tried to participate actively in actions, with a lot of exchange with other entrepreneurs and decision-making always done together, something she intends to maintain in her management, always focusing on the collective.
