Ingredients:
1 cup and a half (tea) wheat flour
half a cup of brown sugar
half a cup (tea) of NESTLE® Natural Skimmed Yogurt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
half a teaspoon of powdered ginger
half a teaspoon of powdered cloves
1 and a half teaspoon of baking soda
Preparation mode:
In a container, add and mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mass.
Let the dough rest in the fridge overnight. The next day, roll out the dough and cut it into different shapes using cookie cutters.
On a baking sheet, bake the cookies in a medium oven (180ºC), preheated, and then store them in airtight containers. Consume within 1 week.
