Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons Tirolez Unsalted Butter at room temperature
- 200 g of Tirolez Kingdom Cheese cut into slices
- 200 g Brie Tirolez cheese, cut into slices
- 100 g of Canadian tenderloin
- ¼ bunch of mini lettuce
- 2 tablespoons pepper jelly
- Pomegranate seeds, to decorate
- 4 barbecue sticks
- Star shape cutter in 4 sizes
Preparation mode:
Cut the loaves in the shape of stars with the help of cutters using the three largest ones. Cut 4 units of each size and set aside.
With the smaller cutter, cut 4 cheese stars and set aside too.
With a brush, spread the butter on the bread stars and in a hot frying pan brown both sides, set aside. For assembly, place the largest star on top of a board and place the tenderloin on top. Cover with the cheese, lettuce and close with the middle star.
Then put the Brie cheese slices and the pepper jelly and close with the smaller bread star.
To hold the toast, place the barbecue stick in the center and stick it all the way in. Cut what’s left of toothpick and finish with the cheese star. Decorate by sprinkling the pomegranate seeds between the layers and you’re done.
