Ingredients:
Massa
1.4 ml of water
1 kg of wheat flour
200 ml of oil
20 g seasoned salt
14 g of tempering soon
2 chicken broth tablets
Filling:
shredded shank
Preparation mode:
In a pan, put the water, oil, ready seasoning, chicken broth and seasoned salt. When it boils, add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 6 minutes. Place the dough on the table and knead well, until it is very smooth, ready to model. Take a portion of the dough, spread it over your hand and add the shredded shank. Close the dough and shape until you get the desired shape. Then roll in breadcrumbs and fry!
Frying time: 1 and a half minutes, approximately – small portions in the pan
Air fryer: 7 minutes – temperature 200 degrees
