Ingredients:
1 box of Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon honey
3 eggs
250 g honey bread cut into cubes
1 cup candied fruit (tea)
1 cup seedless black raisins
1/2 cup (tea) of corn glucose
2 1/2 cups whole milk (tea)
Preparation mode:
Blend condensed milk, honey, eggs, milk and half of the honey bread in a blender. In a bowl mix the candied fruits, the raisin, the rest of the honey bread and the blender mixture. Place in a pudding mold with a hole, greased with corn syrup. Bake in a bain-marie in a medium oven (180º) for approximately 1 hour, or in the microwave at high power for 12 minutes.
