Ingredients:
1 can or carton of MOÇA® Milk (395g)
1 can of NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
2 Chocolate Garotão Peanut tablets
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 eggs
2 tablespoons crushed peanuts for decoration
Preparation mode:
In a blender, beat the condensed milk with the cream, peanut chocolate, butter and eggs until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour into a mold with a central hole (19 cm in diameter) greased with butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC), in a bain-marie, until firm (about 1 and a half hours).
Unmold while still warm. Refrigerate for about 6 hours. Decorate with crushed peanuts and serve.
