Ingredients:
For mass
- 60ml olive oil
- 90ml of milk
- 200ml natural yogurt
- 02 eggs
- 240 grams of wheat flour
- 10 grams of yeast
- Salt to taste
- 100 grams of grated mozzarella
- Parsley to taste
- 40 grams of onion
For the filling
- 500 grams of shredded chicken
- 150 grams of diced bacon
- 500 grams of cream cheese
- 150 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams of sliced mozzarella
- 100 grams of grated mozzarella
- 50 grams of onion
- 30 grams of garlic
- 50 grams of sliced green olives
- Paprika to taste
Preparation mode:
For the dough, mix the eggs, parsley, onion, salt and olive oil. Add the wheat flour, mozzarella and yeast. Then pour it into a greased pan.
For the filling, start by sautéing the onion, garlic and paprika. Add the shredded chicken and green olives. To finish, spread the mozzarella slices over the dough, sprinkle the bacon, tomato and add the shredded chicken, add spoonfuls of cream cheese over the chicken and sprinkle the grated mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes and serve as you prefer.
