Ingredients:
-1 cup (tea) of black-eyed peas
-1/2 cup (tea) of green scent
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
-2 garlic cloves
-1/2 cup (tea) of cassava flour
Preparation mode:
Mash the cooked beans with a fork or food processor. Then mix the beans, 1/2 cup (tea) of green chilli, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder and 2 cloves of garlic. Beat for approximately 5 minutes. After mixing these ingredients, mix 1/2 cup (tea) of cassava flour to bind your dough. After kneading well, let it rest for 15 minutes. Now just shape your dumplings into equal portions and fry in hot oil.
