Ingredients:
Mousse
1 can of NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
300 g chopped GAROTO® White Chocolate
3 whites
3 tablespoons of sugar

6 KITKAT® with Milk
Preparation mode:
Mousse
In a pan over a bain-marie, heat the cream. Add the chocolate and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Reserve. In a pan, mix the egg whites and sugar and cook over low heat, stirring vigorously without stopping, for about 3 minutes, taking the pan off the heat for a few moments every minute, continuing to stir, to avoid cooking. Transfer to a mixer and beat for 5 minutes or until it doubles in volume. Mix lightly with the chocolate cream.
Assembly
In a square refractory container (15 cm x 15 cm) make a layer of mousse and a layer of chopped chocolate. Repeat the layers and finish with whole chocolate on top. Refrigerate for about 3 hours covered with plastic wrap.
