Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 500 ml of cream
- 500 ml of milk
- 30 grams of butter
- 30 grams of wheat flour
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- 20 grams of garlic
- 300 grams of mozzarella
- 200 grams of provolone
- 100 grams of parmesan
- 200 grams of cream cheese
Preparation mode:
Initially, cook the potato slices and set aside, prepare the white sauce. Then, on a platter, alternate the sauce, potatoes and each type of cheese. For the last layer, finish with parmesan cheese. Place in the oven to brown. Serve immediately.
