Ingredients:
- 300g Vapza cooked cassava
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Grated nutmeg to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 250g VAPZA cured beef
Preparation mode:
Place the cassava in a bowl and mash with a fork or masher. Add the wheat flour, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, grated cheese, egg yolk and mix well;
Flour a smooth surface, place the dough, divide it into smaller pieces, make a roll and cut the gnocchi;
Heat a pan with water and, when it boils, add a little salt. Cook the gnocchi, drain and serve with dried meat.
