Ingredients:
COOKIE DOUGH
3 tablespoons of Deline Corn Flavor
½ cup of green corn
½ cup (tea) of water (120 ml)
Salt to taste
1 cup (tea) wheat flour
CORN FILLING
2 tablespoons of Deline Corn Flavor
1 clove of minced garlic
1 cup of green corn
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander to taste
1 cup grated marajó cheese
FINALIZATION
1 cup (tea) wheat flour
2 beaten eggs
Salt to taste
2 cups panko flour or breadcrumbs
Frying oil
Preparation mode:
COOKIE DOUGH
In the blender glass, place the corn, water and blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Place in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the margarine, salt and mix well. Then add all the wheat flour at once and mix well with a firm spatula. It will thicken immediately, cook for 5 minutes, place in a container and set aside.
CORN FILLING
In a small pan, add the margarine and place over medium heat to melt. Add the garlic, sauté for 1 minute and then the green corn. Season with salt, coriander and leave to cool. Once cold, mix in the cheese and set aside.
FINALIZATION
Take some of the dough, fill it and close it into balls. Repeat the process until all the dough is finished. To bread the balls, dip them in wheat flour, then in beaten eggs and then in panko flour.
Fry in preheated oil until lightly golden. Serve immediately.
