Ingredients:
1 sachet of meat broth
1 cup (tea) Yoki Pre-Cooked Cornmeal
2 tablespoons of olive oil
50g grated parmesan cheese
100g fresh cheese
4 cups (tea) of water
Salt to taste
Preparation mode:
In a pan, boil 3 cups of water with the olive oil. Then add the beef broth sachet. To avoid lumps, dissolve the cornmeal in a separate container with another cup of cold water. Only then add it to the boiling water. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Transfer to a shallow dish and place the thin slices of fresh cheese on top. Serve while still hot.
