Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- Enough water to cook the pasta
- 1 chicken breast cut into strips and seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika
- 150g de tomates grape
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste WANT
- 1 package of traditional tomato sauce I WANT
- Salt, pepper and basil leaves to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese to serve as desired
Preparation mode:
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the water and set aside.
In the same pan, add the butter and a drizzle of olive oil. Add the chicken pieces (seasoned with salt, paprika and pepper) and brown them.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Saute the garlic and onion until golden. Add cumin, tomatoes, chili sauce, tomato paste and traditional tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper and basil leaves. Cook the sauce for approximately 5 minutes. Add the chicken and spaghetti. Mix well and it’s ready to serve. If desired, add parmesan cheese.
