Ingredients:
- 3 sirloin steaks, one finger high
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- Salt to taste
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons green scent
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion cut into cubes
- ½ red pepper cut into cubes
- ½ yellow pepper cut into cubes
- 500 grams of cassava flour
Preparation mode:
Initially, peel the potato, cut into cubes and cook with salt. Then, cook the eggs and cut them into cubes. Then mix with potatoes, mayonnaise and a tablespoon of green chilli. Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion and butter. Add the peppers and let them wilt a little, then mix in the cassava flour and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Turn off the heat and set aside. In a large frying pan, grill the picanha on both sides with butter, salt and black pepper. Serve the meat with side dishes.
