The low-income population will be provided with free tickets to participate in the 25th National Kiwi Festival, which will be held from July 4th to 21st, in the pavilions of Parque Cinquentenário, in Farroupilha (RS). Tickets will be distributed to Bolsa Família beneficiaries to the population considered low-income and previously registered in the Municipality of Farroupilha. In this way, the party will benefit people from all walks of life in the community, covering different age groups who will have access to culture and art.
Limited tickets will be distributed from Monday, April 29th, from 9am to 4pm, at the Municipal Department of Housing and Social Assistance, located in Annex II of the City Hall (on Rua Tiradentes, 411), at the Reference Center of Social Assistance (CRAS I and CRAS II), at the Farroupilha Social Assistance Specialized Reference Center (CREAS) and at the Elderly Community Center. These tickets are valid for Saturdays and Sundays. Thursday, the 4th, and the three Fridays will be free entry for the entire population.
To collect tickets, beneficiaries must present their Bolsa Família card and identification document (RG or CPF), or their CadÚnico NIS number and sign specific documentation. The ticket entitles you to entry to Parque Cinquentenário and access to cultural programming, with the sale of these tickets being prohibited. They will not be valid for entertainment shows that sell tickets at different prices.
The 25th Fenakiwi 2024 project (cultural programming) is registered in the National Culture Support Program (Pronac) under number 239096 and was approved by the Ministry of Culture via the Federal Culture Incentive Law – Rouanet Law, which provides for the democratization of minimum access 20% of tickets distributed free of charge to the low-income population, in accordance with Law No. 8,313, of December 23, 1991 and Normative Instruction No. According to IN No. 01/2023, provided for in item I of article 28.
