Ingredients:
- 500 grams of cassava cooked with salt and butter
- 1 bottle of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese
- 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small box of cream
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to decorate
Preparation mode:
Cook the cassava and add salt and butter. On a platter, distribute the cooked cassava evenly and set aside. In a blender, place the coconut milk, mayonnaise, cottage cheese and 100 grams of grated parmesan. Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then add the cream and mix until well incorporated. If necessary, adjust the salt and add more grated cheese to the cream. Then distribute the cream over the cooked cassava on the platter, sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in the preheated oven at 180°C until browned. Sprinkle parsley leaves to decorate. Serve with white rice.
