Ingredients:
- 2 packages (600 g) of Maizena Galo Biscuits 360g
- 1/2 cup (100 g) butter
- 2 egg whites
Filling
- 4 bananas cut into slices
- 1 cup (tea) (200 g) of sugar
- 2 excited
- 2 cups (tea) (400 ml) of milk
- 1 can (395 g) of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Roof
- 1 cup (100 ml) whipped cream
- Cinnamon powder to decorate
Preparation mode:
For the dough, grind the cornstarch biscuits and mix with the butter and egg whites. Line a springform pan with the dough and make holes with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
For the filling, place the bananas and sugar in a pan, let it boil for 5 minutes.
Mix the bananas, condensed milk, milk, starch and egg yolks. Cook until it starts to thicken and let it cool.
Place the filling on the already baked dough and cover with whipped cream; finish with cinnamon powder and refrigerate for 2 hours.
