A doctor was found dead in a hospital in the interior of Pernambuco.
According to the Civil Police, the case is being treated as a “death to be clarified”. The case took place at the Monsenhor Alfredo Damaso Hospital, in Bom Conselho, in Agreste.
The registration was made this Tuesday (2) by the 136th Circumscription Police Station, in Bom Conselho.
According to a statement released by the police, the 38-year-old man was found dead in the accommodation provided for doctors on duty.
“Investigations have begun and are ongoing until the case is clarified,” he added.
According to unofficial information, the victim was identified as Paulo Evandro Napoleão Lopes.
An ampoule of medication was found where the body was. The body was examined by the Institute of Criminalistics and sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) in Caruaru, in the same region.
