- 395 grams of condensed milk
- 1 dessert spoon of unsalted margarine
Preparation mode:
Melt the chocolate and set it aside. In a pan, put the margarine to melt and then add the condensed milk, cream and melted chocolate. Mix quickly over low heat, then increase the heat and continue stirring. When the temperature of the brigadeiro starts to rise, some bubbles will form.
