Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 cups of parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
- Kitano Black Pepper Powder to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation mode:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and set aside. In a greased pan, place a layer of zucchini slices at the bottom of the pan. Add a layer of grated cheese and some tomato sauce, if desired. Repeat layers of zucchini, cheese and tomato sauce until the pan is full. Cover the lasagna with another layer of zucchini and sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake the lasagna for about 30 minutes, or until it is golden and crispy on top. Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
