Ingredients:
Massa⠀
– 6 tablespoons of milk⠀
– 3 tablespoons of melted butter⠀
– 1 ovo⠀
– 1 ½ cup (tea) of already cooked Uncle João Parboiled Rice⠀
– 1 ½ cups of grated parmesan cheese⠀
– ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour⠀
– 1 sprig of chopped rosemary⠀
– Salt and black pepper to taste⠀
Filling
– 200 ml of fresh cream⠀
– 3 beaten eggs⠀
– 200 g of semi-cured cheese, cut into cubes⠀
– 6 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese⠀
– Salt and black pepper to taste
Assembly
– 50g cherry tomatoes cut in half
Preparation mode:
To make the dough, in a blender, beat the milk, butter, egg, rice and parmesan. Transfer everything to another container and, little by little, mix in the wheat flour. Then, add the rosemary, salt, black pepper and mix until you get a very homogeneous mass.
For the filling, in a container, mix the cream, eggs, cheese cubes, parmesan, salt and black pepper.
To assemble, line a quiche mold, opening the dough at the bottom and sides. Place the filling over the dough and distribute the tomatoes. Place in the preheated oven at 180° C and bake until golden.
