The Office of the First Lady of Esteio will promote, until March 27th, a series of activities alluding to International Women’s Day, celebrated worldwide on March 8th.
The initiative will take place in partnership with the municipal departments of Citizenship and Human Rights (SMCDH), Economic Development and Environment (SMDEMA), Public Security (SMSP), Education (SME), Culture, Sport and Leisure (SMCEL) and Health ( SMS).
The program will begin with an awareness blitz, starting at 7am, at Estação Esteio da Trensurb. On the same day, there will be a cine-debate, at City Hall, an awareness-raising action, at the Rei Pelé Events Space, and a special dinner, when 10 “chefs” will prepare dinner for guests at Sun7 Premium Eventos, with the right to show by the female group Líricas Sulinas.
Beauty Day, lectures, sporting activities, a special defense class, workshops and a special edition of Saturday with Health are part of the program, which will end with a Luminous Walk (see below). The activities, aimed at all audiences, are free.
