Sport Club Internacional presented to Porto Alegre City Hall a plan for the implementation of new barbecue areas and bathrooms in Parque Marinha do Brasil. The initiative, which appears in the extract from the donation agreement published by the Municipal Secretariat of Partnerships (SMP) in the Official Gazette of Porto Alegre (Dopa) on Monday (4), foresees construction in the southern region of the park.
Internacional will be responsible for maintaining this new area for two years. The project includes the construction of 20 barbecue areas, six of which will be covered and 14 outdoors, as well as a bathroom module equipped with a set of four men’s toilet cabins, a set of four women’s cabins and two toilets adapted for people with disabilities. .
According to the legislation, upon publication, the SMP opens a ten-day period for any manifestations from those interested in donating the same or objecting, which must be filed with the secretariat, located at Rua João Manoel, 157, 13th floor. After the deadline has passed, the process will follow the necessary procedures for approval and, if other proposals are presented or objections are expressed, a city council committee will prepare a reasoned decision.
