The Estancia do Minuano Traditionalist Association is preparing to hold one of the most traditional local events and receive a wide audience. With the support of the City Hall, which invests more than R$300,000 in the structure, the 29th Conesul International Rodeo expects to receive more than 30,000 people from March 7th to 10th, at Estrada Francisco Viterbo Borges, 705, Bairro Minuano, southern region of the Municipality.
“The event has a very great importance and relevance for the city, culturally, as it is an event linked to Gaucho culture, in its purest essence, which is the rural activity part. Its economic importance is very great, and it is estimated that it generates more than R$2.5 million within the city. We expect to receive more than 30 thousand people over these four days. We already have more than 215 teams registered, each with 5 members. So, there are more than a thousand men roping, involved in the event. We are very happy with this repercussion, with the acceptance”, considers the president of the Associação Tradicionalista Estância do Minuano, Bruno Fernandes.
This edition of the Conesul Rodeio already has more than 1,000 registrants from various locations in Latin America and is supported by the City Hall. The Rodeo, which began in 1992, brought together an audience of almost 30 thousand people last year.
