Registration for the Caixa Econômica Federal competition began today (29), providing more than 4,000 opportunities throughout Brazil, including places to form a reserve register. Interested parties can register through the Cesgranrio Foundation website.
Registrations
The registration cost is R$50 for roles that require technical training and R$65 for those that require higher education. There is the possibility of fee exemption for candidates who meet specific legal criteria.
The competition offers 2,000 vacancies for the position of banking technician and another 2,000 for banking technicians in the information technology area, both requiring secondary education. In addition, 50 vacancies are available for higher education professionals, 28 for occupational physicians and 22 for occupational safety engineers.
Evidences
The tests will be administered on May 26th and will feature objective questions on general and specific knowledge, as well as writing.
For the position of banking technician, the cities where the tests will be held are linked to the center chosen by the candidate at the time of registration.
For the position of banking technician in information technology, the candidate can choose to take the test in a city other than the hub of choice.
Salaries and benefits
The position of banking technician, including the information technology area, has a starting salary of R$3,762.
The careers of occupational physician and occupational safety engineer have starting salaries of R$11,186 and R$14,915, respectively.

Hiring
Those approved will be called from August this year to present documentation and undergo mandatory medical examinations. The competition is valid for 1 year, extendable for an equal period, at Caixa’s discretion.
