On March 6th, Canoas promotes another opportunity for those seeking professional qualifications. The Directorate of Solidarity Economy and Support for Cooperatives, part of the Secretariat of Economic Development, Tourism and Innovation, will hold an advanced course in baking. The specialization will cover everything from good practices to sophisticated methods for bread production.
The course will take place at the Solidarity Economy Training and Production Center (CCPES), located at Avenida Rio Grande do Sul, 3462, in the Mathias Velho neighborhood, from 9 am to 2 pm. Places are limited and registration can be done through this link.
During the course, participants will receive detailed information about standards and procedures to ensure safety and quality in bread production. Specific techniques for preparing bread dough will be taught, focusing on varieties such as cassava, carrot, beetroot, as well as traditional and ora-pro-nóbis breads.
In addition, the course will instruct you on the correct proportion and weighing of ingredients to ensure consistency in the quality of the bread. Aspects such as the ideal dough fermentation time, cooking, packaging and conservation will be explored to achieve superior textures and flavors in baked goods.
