Ingredients:
- 1 package of Star Lasagna
- 130g parma ham, sliced and torn
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Meat sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 large chopped onion
- 200g of ground beef
- 800g ripe tomatoes, with skin and seeds, cut into cubes
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Cottage cheese sauce
- 1 and a half packs of cottage cheese (about 615g)
- 1 and a half cups of milk
Preparation mode:
Meat sauce
Sauté the onion in olive oil until golden. Add the ground meat and sauté until it is loose and slightly golden. Add the tomatoes and sauté until coated with the meat.
Add the water and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the tomatoes break down. Adjust the salt and set aside.
Cottage cheese sauce
Add the curd and milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until you obtain a homogeneous cream. Reserve.
Assembly
Set aside a large refractory (about 22x36cm). Start assembly with a layer of meat sauce. Assemble the lasagna in successive layers of pasta, cottage cheese sauce, ham, meat sauce, pasta and so on. Finish with cottage cheese sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cook according to the package. Serve immediately.
