The 2nd Easter in Ivoti opens registration for exhibitors between the 27th and 29th of February. 71 spaces will be made available for the sale of products.
Entries will be divided into three categories. On Tuesday (27), only exhibitors who work at the city’s Colonial Fair can register. On Wednesday (28), registrations are restricted to people who do not participate in the Colonial Fair, but reside in Ivoti. And on Thursday (29), exhibitors from other municipalities can register.
The 2nd Easter in Ivoti will be held on the 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th and 31st of March and will have its program spread across three locations in the city: Núcleo de Casas Enxaimel, Praça Ecológica and Memorial da Colônia Japonesa.
At Núcleo de Casas Enxaimel, the event will take place on all event days, from 9am to 7pm on Saturdays, and from 9am to 6pm on Sundays and Good Friday. At Praça Ecológica, the program will take place on the 17th, 24th and 30th of March, from 10am to 6pm. And at the Japanese Colony Memorial, activities will take place on the 23rd, 29th and 31st of March.
In total, there will be 66 spaces available to stallholders at the Núcleo de Casas Enxaimel, and five locations at Praça Ecológica. Check the number of vacancies per segment in each location below:
How to sign up
Registration for those interested in exhibiting in the spaces of Núcleo de Casas Enxaimel and Praça Ecológica must appear in person at the headquarters of the Secretariat of Tourism, Sports and Culture (Rua da Cascata, s/nº, Feitoria Nova neighborhood) on the days corresponding to their category , from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. It is necessary to have the documents required for registration on hand. The sales spaces at the Japanese Colony Memorial will be managed by the organizers of the Fair at the Japanese Colony.
The registration fee varies between R$250 and R$1,750, depending on the segmentation of the product to be sold. Registration for the Bakery and Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages segments will be made upon presentation of a value proposal, on the 28th for projects in Ivoti, and on the 29th for projects in other cities.
