Ingredients:
465 g of white chocolate
395 g of condensed milk
½ teaspoon of Salt
130 g of Vitarella Lemon Wafer Biscuit
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
100 g of broken chestnuts
30 g of rice flakes
Preparation mode:
– In a pan, add the white chocolate, salt and condensed milk. Stir over low heat until it boils. Remove from heat;
– In a container, place the broken chestnuts and rice flakes;
– Add the mixture of condensed milk with white chocolate and salt. Next, add the lemon juice and zest. Mix well;
– Add the coarsely broken lemon wafer cookies, mixing all the ingredients;
– In a pan lined with aluminum foil or baking paper, place the dough. Cover with film paper;
– Refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove, cut the cubes and serve.
