Ingredients:
Creme
- 1 cup (tea) condensed milk
- 1 cup (tea) whole milk
- 1 cup (tea) fresh cream
- 7 excited
Chantilly
- 1 ½ cups of fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon of refined sugar
Praline
- 1 cup (tea) refined sugar
- 150 g coarsely chopped walnuts
- 2 cups of fresh cream
For assembly and decoration
- 1 pack of Adria Sticks (70 g), coarsely chopped
- 1 package of whole Adria Sticks (70 g)
Preparation mode:
– Prepare the cream: in a pan mix the condensed milk with the milk, cream and egg yolks. Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly until it thickens and becomes porridge. Let cool.
– Prepare the whipped cream: in a mixer, beat the cream with the sugar at high speed until you get whipped cream (firm peaks).
– Place the cold cream in a bowl and gently mix the whipped cream. Reserve in the refrigerator.
– Prepare the praline: in a frying pan, melt the sugar over low heat to obtain a light caramel. Add the walnuts and then gradually add the cream. – Leave on low heat until the mixture is homogeneous, turn off the heat and set aside at room temperature.
– Assembly: line an English cake pan (12 cm x 27 cm x 7 cm high) with plastic wrap. Pour half of the cream and place in the freezer or freezer until set. Remove from the freezer, spread the chopped sticks over the cream and return to the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove from the freezer again, make a layer with the praline and return to the freezer for another 15 minutes. Then, cover with the rest of the cream and let it freeze for at least 12 hours.
– Before serving, unmold, remove the plastic film and decorate the surface with whole toothpicks, marking the slices.
