Ingredients:
2 cups of Coquinho Vitarella Biscuits
1 tablespoon of Vitarella Margarine
1 ovo
1 can of condensed milk
100 g dried shredded coconut
zest of 1 lemon
Preparation mode:
– Blend the cookies in a blender until they turn into flour;
– In a bowl, mix the biscuit with the margarine and the egg (it must form a very moist crumb, which can be easily shaped when squeezed);
– Line a small baking tray with baking paper and cover the bottom with the cookie dough;
– Place in the preheated oven at 180º for 10 minutes;
– Meanwhile, mix the condensed milk with the grated coconut + lemon zest;
– Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and bake again until it is golden on the sides and firm in the center;
– Wait for it to cool completely before cutting the bars and serve.
