Hans Christian Dyck Annes, 34-year-old personal trainer and digital influencer, died on Monday (5/2), in a hospital in Ponta Grossa (PR), while waiting for a kidney transplant. The death of Cristhian Annes, as he was better known, moved social media. On Instagram alone, he had more than 42 thousand followers.
Cristhian Annes, also a physical education teacher and postgraduate in bodybuilding coaching and sports nutrition, was born with just one kidney. She ended up discovering that the organ was not working well and therefore needed a transplant.
He began treatment for the problem at the end of last year. And on January 20th of this year, she went into hospital to try the transplant. His girlfriend, Wanna Teixeira, in an interview with G1, stated that he was in position number 70 for surgery.
More than 2 thousand people are on the waiting list for a kidney in Paraná.
Burial and tributes to the personal trainer
Cristhian Annes was buried at the São José Municipal Cemetery, in Ponta Grossa, on Tuesday afternoon (6/2).
On social media, several people and institutions paid tribute to Cristhian, such as the gym where he worked.
“Today the Platinum Performance Academy is in mourning. Professor Cristhian leaves everyone with memories of his love for physical activity and his care for all his students. Rest in peace, monster”, published the academy.
