Maria Filó presents the 2024 winter collection, called Tempo, which combines boho chic and vintage style and approaches a perfect harmony between classic and contemporary, bringing new expressions, shapes and prints. This is the first winter collection signed by newly arrived creative director Maria Rita Magalhães Pinto, responsible for the brand’s Summer and High Summer collections last year, which were sales successes. She continues to give her sophisticated and timeless look, maintaining the essence of Maria Filó.
Maria Rita’s inspiration came from memories that resist the passage of time. The collection features versatile pieces full of personality in leather, chamois and knitting that guarantee the boss of the winter season, as well as timeless liberties, paisleys, animal prints and florals in a vibrant color palette. Among the highlights, fluid shapes appear revisited by fringes and overlapping flaps.
The fabrics in the collection were also carefully chosen by Maria Rita. Silk, velvet, linen and crepe patou bring impeccable elegance and fit to create productions that span seasons. Handcrafted details, such as embroidery and lace, flirt with shine and transparency, enhancing and elevating the feminine even more.
