The Autonomous Department of Highways (Daer) released the calendar for the restriction of truck traffic on state highways during 2024 holidays. The regulation was published in the Official State Gazette this Tuesday (30) and contains the calendar of dates in that the circulation of cargo vehicles on single-lane roads is prohibited.
The measure applies to Cargo Vehicle Combinations (CVC), Vehicle Transport Combinations (CTV) and Vehicle and Palletized Load Transport Combinations (CTVP), regardless of whether they have a Special Transit Authorization (AET) or Specific Authorization (AE ). The objective is to preserve the safety of road users during state and national holidays and festivals, when there is a significant increase in the flow of vehicles.
