In the late afternoon of last Friday, the 26th, a significant meeting was held between representatives of the Brazilian Bar Association, Caxias do Sul Subsection, and the local Chamber of Councilors. This dialogue had as its central agenda the preparations for the second edition of the influential project “Our vote, our voice”.
Held on the premises of the Legislative Chamber of Caxias do Sul, the meeting was attended by several notable figures. Among them, Ana Carla Hendler Gava Furlan, president of OAB Caxias, and her vice-president, Mauricio Rugeri Grazziotin, stood out.
The meeting also had the active participation of Pedro Aurélio Canali Dequi Giovani, coordinator of the Special Electoral Pletos Commission (CEPE) and his deputy, Carlos Frederico Manica Rizzi Cattani. Representing the municipal parliament, councilor Marisol Santos, current president of the Chamber, was present.
Essentially, the “Our Vote, Our Voice” project is an initiative focused on providing valuable information and guidance to the population. Its first edition, held in 2022, was a success, with the production of six informative modules. This content remains accessible through the official OAB Caxias do Sul YouTube channel, offering a continuous educational resource for interested citizens.
