To celebrate Tomato Day, on February 1st, Adria suggests the recipe for Ninho Recheado Bolognese, a dish that can be made with both tomato paste and tomato pulp. The recipe also includes the use of Ninho Largo com Ovos, which promises a delicious flavor and a perfect al dente texture.
Ingredients:
1 package of Ninho Largo pasta with Adria Eggs
2 cups of Creamy Cottage Cheese
150g ham, sliced into cubes
150g mozzarella, sliced into cubes
150g chopped olives
100g mushroom
500g of ground beef
500g tomato extract/pulp
Seasonings: oil, garlic, green scent, seasoning powder, salt to taste
Preparation mode:
Start by preparing the sauce. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic to brown. Then add the ground meat and mix well. Add the salt, seasoning powder and green chillies, fry well. Mix the tomato paste/pulp and add a little water. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Reserve.
In a large ovenproof dish, line the bottom of a square pan with the ground meat sauce. Place the nests while they are still raw. Over them, place the cottage cheese and add ham, mozzarella, olives and mushrooms.
Cover them with the ground beef sauce. Line the pan with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
