Ingredients:
- 1 package of Isabela Cream Cracker biscuits
- ½ cup grated mozzarella
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- Pepper to taste
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
Preparation mode:
– Process the Cream Cracker biscuit in the blender to form crumbs;
– Mix with margarine to form a dough;
– Arrange the dough in a form with a removable bottom. Reserve;
– In a bowl mix the cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, oregano, pepper, eggs, cream and salt;
– Place the contents on the clay;
