1 cucumber chopped
1 chopped avocado
1 chopped tomato
½ chopped red onion
¼ cup chopped olives
¼ cup chopped parsley
50g goat cheese
FOR THE SAUCE
1 tablespoon squeezed lemon
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
