Ingredients:
1 package of Pilar Cream Cracker Biscuits
2 cups of milk (tea)
2 legume broth tablets
1 cup (tea) oil
2 eggs
3 cups of cassava starch
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preparation mode:
Prepare the dough by taking the biscuits to the processor and blending until crumbly. Reserve;
Boil the milk and pour it into the blender, add the vegetable broth tablets and let it blend well. Add the oil and eggs and continue beating. Then add the tapioca starch, biscuit crumbs, parmesan cheese and beat until you get a homogeneous dough.
Preheat the oven to medium (180ºC), grease pie molds and pour the dough halfway. Bake until golden and then serve.
