Damyller presents the Costa Azul collection, which incorporates practical fashion for summer 24. Entitled, the line is guided by the relaxed holiday season, awakening the desire for the freshness of the sea, the lightness of your feet on the sand and the navy atmosphere.
“Costa Azul came up with the proposal to include light and comfortable pieces to enjoy the holiday season. We wanted to capture the essence of summer by promoting versatility in the dress code, which can move from the coast to the city with practicality and sophistication.”, explains Damylla Damiani, the brand’s style consultant.
Lightweight denim pieces offer freshness in dresses, shirts, pants and shorts. Fabrics such as tricoline, viscose and ribbed knits serve as a starting point for t-shirts, pants, skirts, shorts and jumpsuits. For the color palette, jeans – the brand’s flagship product –, blue and white were chosen as the basis. In addition to tones such as navy blue, turquoise blue, yellow, light green, guava, white, black, ecru and lead gray.
The highlights are the proposed sets, which feature combinations of a wide shirt with a midi skirt; royal blouse and pants; and half-sleeve denim shirt with jeans in light breathable fabric.
As for prints, classic prints appear in a renewed way, such as stripes and checks. Vertical stripes in white and blue appear on blouses, shorts, dresses and jumpsuits. The plaid, also in blue and white, appears in a small, minimalist checkerboard, which gives life to a button-down vest, straight pants and a short sleeveless dress.
Another distinguishing feature of the brand is the ‘Jeans Guide’ present in each collection, with guidelines for choosing the best piece and an explanation of the characteristics of each model. In this collection there is also ‘Everyday Jeans’, which is a suggested proposal in light, fresh and comfortable denim for a summer denim look.
