The Secretariat of Culture, Sports and Leisure (Secel) of Lajeado has opened registrations for the free music workshops at the Casa de Cultura. Registration continues until February 16th and must be completed in person at the Casa de Cultura.
The workshops offered are guitar, harmonica, piano, keyboard, singing, flute and ukulele. Each class lasts 50 minutes, taught by professor Tiago Kreutz. The workshops are aimed at children over 9 years old, with no age limit.
Classes are free and each student must bring their own musical instrument. Classes start on February 19th.
In 2023, the musicalization workshops involved 138 students, who were also able to participate in artistic presentations in the municipality and in the Sacada Cultural project, a project that welcomes artists from Lajeado and the region who wish to show their art on the balconies of the Casa de Cultura.

The Casa de Cultura is located at Rua Borges de Medeiros, 285, Centro, and is open from Monday to Thursday, from 8am to 11:30am and from 1:30pm to 4:45pm. On Friday from 8am to 2pm, without closing at noon.
